Bloomy uses third-party AI services (OpenAI) to power the chat companion, roast feature, and chat analysis features. When you use these features:

• Your messages and uploaded images are sent to OpenAI for processing
• We do not use your conversations to train AI models
• Uploaded photos for the Roast and Analyze features are processed in real-time and not stored permanently on our servers

Your journal entries, mood history, and preferences are stored locally on your device. Chat conversations are processed through encrypted connections. We implement commercially reasonable security measures to protect your personal information, but no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure.

We use the following third-party services:

• RevenueCat — Subscription management and payment processing
• OpenAI — AI chat, image analysis, and text-to-speech
• Apple — In-App Purchases, App Store distribution, and push notifications

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time through the app's Profile settings.
